Maple 1 is a luxury holiday lodge that sleeps 4, built in 2019 to full residential specification by Oakwood, a highly reputable British manufacturer. 


Located in a highly sought after position on our beautiful park, surrounded by mature woodlands and with uninterrupted views to our carefully tended and landscaped grounds. The lodge is light, airy and spacious throughout with every modern amenity, including LPG central heating, a luxury stand-alone bath in the family bathroom, integrated appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, en-suite shower and sumptuous decor and furnishings.

The Maple also boasts its own spacious decking with 2 sets of double patio doors leading out onto the decking area. It is equipped with outdoor dining facilities, perfect for al-fresco summer dining.

A unique contemporary style Gypsy Caravan boasting stunning river and scenic views. There is one double bed, shower room and living room with an electric wood burner. The kitchen is fitted with a kettle, toaster and a microwave/grill oven combination. The hut leads onto outside decking with a hot tub.

  • To what degree are the units cleaned after each visit?

    Each of our holiday lets are thoroughly deep cleaned after every rental. COVID-19 has seen us introduce extra requirements for our cleaning staff, including:


    • allowing extra time for the thorough cleaning of each unit
    • removing any unnecessary items which could increase transmission of the virus such as scatter cushions and blankets
    • use of disinfectant
    • enhanced cleaning of high touch point areas e.g. light switches, taps etc

    Our enhanced cleaning measures are designed to keep our staff and guests safe at all times.

  • Is booking cost a deposit and is it refundable?

    Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost is payable upong booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking due to COVID-19, then your deposit is refundable. Alternatively, you can move your holiday to a later date. The balance of your holiday is required 2 weeks before arrival.

  • Is there Wifi provision?

    The wi-fi at the park is currently being upgraded and superfast fibre broadband will be available across the park from Spring 2021.

  • When to arrive/depart?

    We have implemented a contactless check-in service across all our holiday lets. We kidly ask that you arrive after 4pm. You will be sent the arrival instructions prior to your arrival date detailing how to find us and how to gain access to your accommodation.


    On the day of your departure we kindly ask that you vacate your accommodation before 10 am please. You will also be provided with the details of our contactless check-out prior to your arrival.

  • What are the types/lengths of holiday available for each unit?

    Holidays at Twin Rivers Holiday Park are flexible starting from 1 night but there will be a surcharge of £45.00 for 1 night.

  • Do you take dogs?

    Yes we do! Dogs are welcome at Twin Rivers Holiday Park and we have a designated dog walking area on the park where you are welcome to exercise your pets.  We do charge an additional £50 though for the additional cleaning required.

  • How does electricity work?

    All units are provided with electricity and the cost is included in the holiday price.

  • Is bedding supplied and can you bring your own?

    Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided for the duration of you holiday. However, we understand that you may wish to bring your own. If you do, please let us know when you book.

  • Where is the nearest hospital or doctors?

    There is a minor injuries unit at Welshpool Hospital but this is not 24 hours. The nearest Accident and Emergency Department is at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.


    The nearest doctor's surgery is Caereinion Medical Practice at Llanfair Caereinion.

  • Can I have a BBQ?

    Yes of course! All our holiday lets are provided with one disposable BBQ for you to use.
